Justine’s career has spanned land development, masterplanned community projects, home-building and large-scale apartments (for sale and build-to-rent) in Perth, interstate and overseas.

With experience both locally and internationally, Justine has specialist knowledge, particularly in build-to-rent apartments. She values creativity and quality, and leads design-focused projects that bring positive change to the neighbourhoods where they reside.

A Perth Property Consultant with International Experience

Justine managed the development of Ellenbrook, Australia’s largest and most awarded masterplanned development, including the 5M Flutes product, which changed the affordability landscape for Western Australia. 

She was the developer in charge for over 2200 high-end build-to-rent apartments across five projects in Los Angeles, San Francisco and Seattle. Most recently, Justine led Elizabeth Quay’s $800M, 59-storey high-rise, mixed-use dual-tower project.
